had shifted my job from bathinda to raipur and for relocation services i hired leo packers and movers(mr. pawan kumar ph 9311160xxx). agreement was made that my entire household and my car will be relocated in seperate, dedicated, closed container to raipur within 4-6 days maximum. on the day of shifting i.e. 29 jun 2014 he came with one open truck convinced that everything will be fine and i need not to worry for my goods and car.as it was next to impossible for me to postpone this activity i needed to accept the situation and i agreed to shift in what so ever vehicle available. i received my goods on 11th day from the day of dispatch that too in part loading, open truck and in bad shape. during this period mr pawan continuously lied with me that the truck is failed around 200 km from raipur which was clearly seemed to be false as the truck driver told me that goods were part loaded from gudgaon 3 days back. in this changeover of goods he missed my LCD and still i have not received the same. now he is very clear that i am going to deduct the outstanding amount and hence he is not delivering my four wheeler and asking me to deposit the amount first. my concerns – 1) commitment of dedicated, closed container was not followed. 2) commitment of time told for delivery was not followed and delayed intentionally to earn more money. 3) continuously lied regarding actual status of delivery. 4) goods misplaced 5) goods damaged

1) i want him to accept all his wrong dids first. 2) complete compensation of loss as well as delay in delivery to be deducted from outstanding amount. 3) complete compensation of mental and physical harrasment happened to me and my family to be paid to me.
