This company had put up an exhibition of luxury products in a 5 star hotel in Chandigarh. I had ordered 1 shirt vide PO 1558, dated 14 October 2013, for which advance amount of Rs. 9500 was paid. (Have receipt) The delivery due date for the above mentioned order was committed as 3-4 weeks from the order date. However, no order was received till date. In 3rd week of November, i was assured that the order will be delivered on 2nd Dec 2013. However, upon checking with your customer care on around 10th December, the product was still not in stock. I asked to cancel my order and process the refund. After 2-3 reminders, my order was cancelled and refund cheque of the amount of Rs. 9500 was sent on 1st Jan 2014, with cheque dated 20th Jan 2014 ! However, upon presentation of the cheque to my bank, now to my astonishment, the cheque had been stopped by Solo Mio. Raising a complaint with the customer care again, i was assured that the amount would be paid via electronic transfer to my account. Now there is no response from the company, nor the company has refunded the amount till date.

Refund of the above mentioned amount by the company along with interest. Also severe action to be taken against the company for duping people like this. I have come across other similar complaints by people against the same company.
