I have booked my Gas cylinder on 17th of March’2015 but today is 31st of march’2015 & Gas cylinder is still not delivered by Bharat Gas agency shaym g enterprises.

I have tried their number which is 011-226124089 so many times but no response to the call. Also I have taken two leave from my office and visited the agency for details and both the time they shared delivery man number and said today they have shipped the cylinder and should be reach before EOD but still not received.

From last two days, we don’t have gas at our home and suffering hell lot of problems because of that. Requesting you to kindly help in resolve the above issue also take my strong feedback for those who didn’t respond to customer and give false commitment. This is worst services I have ever seen. Hope now things will action in positive manner.

Looping Shri Krishan Kumar from PMO office:- This is for your reference, as we are suffering a lot from past 10 days and no action taken by Bharat gas company. Requesting you to help in penalizing them so above should not repeated again.
