For the month of February I made StanChart Credit Card payment on 16/02/15 and the last day was 17/02/15. Even then late payment charges were deducted from my account. I complained on this and the charges with the service tax were reverted on 19/02/15. After this my new statement gets generated on 25/02/15 and the late payment charges were included in the statement even though they were reverted on 19/02/15. This is the first thing, second thing is even after reversal of late charges Interest was charged on the same card on 25/02/15 and included in my statement. I want to know 2 things: 1- When late payment charges were reverted on 19/02/15, how they were included in statement which is generated on 25/02/15. 2- When late payment charges were reverted why interest is deducted on my card account account on 25/02/15 and included in my statement generated on 25/02/15.

This is not the first time bank has done this, its been numerous times I have suffered this and with a rude behavior. I have suffered from a lot of tension. I have gone through a lot of mental stress and pressure. I want a compensation of one crore rupees i.e. INR 1cr.
