Samsung Mobile Not Giving Extended Warranty Certificate

Sir, I bought my phone ( samsung galaxy grand duos) on 28th of December 2013 . On 12 dec 2014 the employees in service centre told me to extend warranty so that I can avail further services for 1 year. I paid them the amount and I have a receipt of the same with me. But now they are not providing me the certificate. They told me that their centre is in loss and they don’t have certificates. They told me that the certificate will be provided in 15 days but after that they keep on extending the time. besides this they are not providing me the services also and when I went to another service centre of this company they refused to take my query as I don’t have certificate with me.

The mobile phone I am using has a patch on the screen which appears sometimes. the engineer told me that the screen needs to be changed which will cost somewhere around 3000-4000. I don’t want my money back. but I want them to issue my certificate as soon as possible. and I want this certificate for 2 months extra as I have not been paid any benefits for this time.
