I have purchased Haldiram Classic Salted Peanuts with batch no. B109. When I emptied the pack in the bowl it contained a black rock like extraneous material in it. I contacted Haldirams 15 days back and they assured me that the matter will be solved within two days. But till date no step has been taken by the company and no body has contacted me on this matter.

Presence of extraneous material is hazardous (physical hazard) if ingested, as it could have blocked the food pipe of my child leading to major health problem. While I wish to stay loyal to your products, as I have done throughout the years, you need to understand that I expect a certain quality in return for my money and you are no longer providing this for me.
