I have booked a 32 GB micro SD card of Rupees 681 through Snapdeal having order id 4951670238 and they promise to deliver it to me on 20-02-2015 but till date they are not able to deliver my product and when i contact them regard this they told me to please wait for 4 working days our concerned department will contact to you but no body contact to me till date regard this.

Sir please deliver my product and charge heavy fine to Snapdeal for not shipping the product in-time which they are under obligation under the Consumer Act of the Government of India.
