I made a partial cancellation of my tickets on makemytrip.com on 26 January, 2015, the refund amount of which comes to 7372 rs. approximately. I.called customer care four to five times and was asked to file the complaint through their online portal complaint system. Reference ID:[150207-020165] refund [Self Help Service for future reference]. The complaint was escalated to the fourth level and the management team mailed me stating that they would resolve the issue in 24 hours. The due date of refund was 2nd February, 2015. I haven’t received the refund yet. Please look into the matter and resolve.

I haven’t received my amount back worth INR 7372. I have called them ample times which resulted in my increased phone bill, also I had to pay this amount back to someone which has added an interest on my principal. I want back all my money including economic and mental pressure that it caused me.
