We got the possession of the society in October 2010, since then builder is charging very high maintenance/electricity charges to us. He is providing pathetic maintenance services along with there is no transparency in maintenance/electricity charges increment. We have RWA and builder is not ready to transfer maintenance to the RWA rather he is making fool of us since last 2 years about this transfer. There are lot illegal activities also going on by the builder e.g. encroachment, creating spaces for commercial. There is no regular cleaning (causing deseases etc.).

I think builder should take this complain on the good faith to handover all maintenance to RWA so that we can provide services all society members on less cost
