Datawind – Device dead, Demand Invoice for Servicing

I have purchased Ubislate 7Cz tablet from datawind on 21 Jun 2014 by paying cash on delivery of the product and it is told to me that after receipt of payment by the company the invoice will be sent to my e-mail ID which is not received till date. Now my device has been dead completely for more than 45 days for which i have lodged a complaint via phone call and after that i also lodged via e-mail and demanded for invoice/duplicate invoice too.

Against my complaint company has given me several ticket IDs some of those are “GL0911MP7982” and “GL1007MP8651”. Now I want the duplicate invoice of my product purchased i.e. Ubislate 7Cz and want to enjoy the warranty period as my device is dead completely for approximate. two months which is to be repaired immediately. I have called many times to company and visited several times to the service center in which i have spent reasonable money and faced mental harassment. Therefore i want compensation for above from the company.
