Dear Sir / Madam I submitted my Micromax Canvas 4 A210 for repair on 23rd August 2014 due to problem with display. Job Sheet No : N030684-0814-11690256 Micromax Care Complaint Number : 2010149484 Its more than 2 months but my phone is not repaired yet and i am not getting any positive response from service center or customer care. I have visited service center around 10-12 times but every time they give excuses and ask to come back in 2-3 Days. I have lost faith in the service center and Micromax Customer care. I will be really grateful if you can assist me in this matter.
I am without smart phone since more than 2 Months. Smart Phone is needed as part of my job requirement (corporate email/web browsing etc). I am not in an economic condition to purchase a new Phone. Without smart phone my work is hampered and a threat to my job.
