Had booked a flat in 2010 with a committment from Builder that same would be delivered by Dec 2012 as mentioned in the Registered Agreement. The builder / his team has been delaying the project for one or the other reason and undersinged has incurred loss since Loan EMI’s have started for past 3 years and also am paying rent seperately
Need to loss to be compesated for EMI’s paid from Jan 2013 till date along with Rent paid during the same period.
