But Do not disturb service is not activated for my mobile no. and Unwanted customer care calls are increasing day by day.

Had procured two connections one at home, other at office with explicit commitment of starting the connections within two days. The office connection was installed after 9 days, and was told that residence connection would take three to four more days.
