I have recharged my account with Rs59/-pack on 30.09.10 and on 01.10.10 at 01.17pm Rs10/- have been deducted from my account as a subscription charge of monthly logo pack which I came to know when I received a message from airtel(AD 54321) service.

Our Videocon washing machine got completely burnt on 24th Aug while it was in action (washing). It had just completed 3 years warranty period (21/8/2007). The local customer svc say there is a depreciation of 60% and hence I have to pay 60% cost for a replacement machine.
