illigal charge by meghbala broadband
The retailer taking the extra charges for the recharge voucher of the plan jet classic of meghbala broadband service. megh bala broadband connection has showing the bill amount 441.2(including all service tax) but the retailer is taking Rs.500 for the same without producing any receipt/bill and deny to produce it. Without any self-activation or instruction my Mobile No. has subscribed a VAS called “Chota Radio” and deduct Rs. 10/- form my balance. When I asked to Customer Care Executive, he told me that “sir please enjoy the service” .. !!!!!.
