I had applied for the draw of lots for Prathama-Dwitiya apatments at Sampoorna Housing Complex in New Town(Rajarhat, Kolkata) . The demand draft (DD no. 008638) of Rs 75,000 was issued from HDFC bank. However, my form (Form no -1922) was rejected before lottery was held (22nd Jan 2013) as my Gross monthly income was not in the range.

The application was rejected on 24th Dec 2012. I have not yet received the application money. I have also called at the phone number mentioned in the Bengal DCl website(http://www.bengaldcl.com/contact.html) a number of times. However,I have not yet received the fruitful result.

I want the sum of Rs 75,000 to be refunded along with the interest of the three months ASAP.
