Poor reaction by customer care Airtel

sir, i registered a complaint to airtel through custemercare (198) before 14 days due to no network coverage in my place at kannur. firstly the excecutive said that it solved within 7 days, after the 7 days, the problem cannot solved and i called back to airtel . at that time the reaction by head oof executive is very poor and shame. now also i am using airtel number. in my pplace i dont get the network so dont have to use in my place. please reply me urgently the above problem solved or not suddenl. or otherwise i want to port my number. please help
