PepperFry.Com Product Not Delivered

I ordered a SONY H90 DIGICAM from pepperfry.com costing Rs 10652/- via order no. 100526663 on 13th Feb 2013. I received a mail from them regarding the dispatch of my shipment on 15th Feb 2013 which was sent via trackon courier with with AWB No. 327095442. But, I am yet to receive the camera from them. On asking them via mail or phone they dont respond to me positively anytime. Never replied to my mails and on phone they just tell wait for 24/48 business hrs to update.

I just want you to make them understand what a customer feels if such a costly order you place that too online too receive such bad response. I felt like cheated by them. Somehow, I managed to ask for refund by threatening about a complain to CORE team. Please, look into the matter and help me to get compensation for what they did to me by not responding to me and had my money with them for about a month and returning it back.

I want them to compensate for my losses due to the delay and the harassment I faced due to their negligence. Even one customer care excutive says “It’s not our fault. The fault was of courier company”. They dont write anything to me just talk on phone so that I cant show it to anybody as a proof. Please look into the matter. Thanks in advance
