I ordered one UbiSlate 7C+(EDGE) from M/s DATAWIND through online payment. After some days it was informed to me that it can not be delivered becoz their registred courier does not cover my area. After lot of correspondence it was agreed by them to refund the money. But since April 2014 I am writing and making phone calls but to no avail. I have not yet got back my money.

1. I have spent money thus should get back it with interest because it is locked up since April’14. 2. Mental torture to extreme extent for the feeling of getting cheated thus should be compensated minimum Rs. 50000.00 3.Criminal charge should be initiated against these people, The y have done it to many people, It should be investigated by economic offence wing for what they do with these money during this period.
