Sir, I booked a parcel on 06.08.14 from bangalore to hangal(dist:haveri),(CNO-B12279134) but till date parcel was not reached to the destination.They promised that parcel will reach within 48 hours.Parcel was contains RAKHI for my relative.Now that parcel is not having any value because Rakhi festival is over.I paid Rs.50 for the courior charges.

I want this should not happen to other customers and my money rs 50 and Becuase of the delay my wife miss the gift from his brother.Therefore Rs. 5000 for consolation.
