I have ordered “All-in-One Car Bluetooth Kit ! Works Like Built-in Car Bluetooh Phone ” from www.ebay.in Online Portal on 16/May/2014 But the product came defective, the voice quality of Car bluetooth is not audible. Hence I made complaint online to ebay site & they gave the eBay Guarantee* claim – 515571. But same claim was closed stating that : Ebay does not guarranttee this, for no reason. I am contacting seller : sundararaman.viswanathan since then, but he is not ready to refund my money, neither ready to replace the defective item.
