Hi there this is rajbir singh purchase iphone 4s (new) from ebay. Intentionally company delivery defective phone . Either the phone was dummy or replace by the customer .after lots of conversation finally ebay ready to refund the amount. Now ebay is instructing me to courier the product. I need answer that if i am no where culprit than why ebay is asking me to work on behalf of company. I am not ebay’s servant. Ask company to refund the amount.
