As per bill for the Month of May’15 I have been charged a huge amount on International roaming whereas my International roaming had not been activated and my phone was not in use during 3rd May to 29th May while International travel. I have requested to Vodafone customer care for my international roaming activation on 1st May’15 but it was communicated by customer care representative that a physical address verification would require for international roaming activation and I will be charged Rs.149 for activation of international roaming activation( I have received a message for the same from Vodafone for verification). As I have moved on 2nd May hence my physical verification could not be done hence Vodafone didn’t activated international roaming( no activation charges in my current month bill) still I have been charged usage of internet usage while on roaming though I have used Airport Wi-Fi at Abu Dhabi and US for internet usage. I am not sure why Rs 6776 + Taxes being charged on my phone no for usage of Internet.
