I bought brand new Electrolux micro oven from them on 10/7/2014 but the product is not working from the date of delivered I contact them many a time but now they r tell me to contact service centre of Electrolux I called 2 times and my complain numbers are EMUM 1407140178 EMUM1707140114 but now one is ready to solve my problem for new product I think that they had delivered me defective product and now they want service centre to repair it but I need replacement for my product
