Dear Sir/Madam Myself Vikash Mishra. I had worked in Vandana Vidhyut Ltd. Raipur (C.G.) in purchase department from 01/04/2013 to 31/12/2013. Company was released from my job on 4:30 pm on dated 31.12.2013 without any previous information. Sir company was deduct an amount of Rs. 2340.00 per month from my salary as a company police not for provident fund, company say this amount payable to every 6 month Holi & Diwali as a Bonus. Since 1st of January to at present i am unemployed and no other source of income, at present my financial condition is very poor, I have pay my house rent and other necessary expenses required in daily uses. I am so many reminders sent to vandana vidhyut ltd. due to release my full and final settlement but management no response last 5 month.
