I would like to inform you that our vendor has dispatched one consignment containing 2 boxes through FedEx Courier by AWB# 807549 401811 on dated 09.08.2016 but they have not arranged delivery due to improper documentation while they have delivered another consignment containing same goods which was booked by AWB# 807549401822 on 10.08.2016 I had provided DS-2 Form on dated 22.08.2016 and requested to deliver at shifted address while same address already informed them on dated 18.08.2016 already. But still as on 24.08.2016, they have not delivered and we have lost our valuable order of Rs. 100000.00 due to such activity. And I would like to request you to intervene in this matter of non-delivery on time and support me to get my compensation of Rs.100000.00. Look forward for your best support.
