Flipcart – Product is defectivedealy in replacment

have bought a Mobile Phone MOTO G 16 GB through Flipkart on 04.05.2014 vide order ID OD40502042698 and the payment was done through Credit Card. The said product is defective some scratch on display board. I have contacted flipkart on 15.05.2014 and want to replace the said product, the representative of flipkart asked me on call we could not replace it because it is too late to inform you. In the website of Flipkart its 30 days replacement warranty. This is a serious problem face me for this time and take necessary action from flipkart immediately. I have lodged already a grievance to Department of consumer affairs vide reference id is DOCAF/E/2014/01252, but no problem solve till date.

I want to replace of my handset as earliest as possible.
