HDFC Life Insurance – False information Fraud with customer

Dear Sir, i got a phone call from HDFC life customer care service on 22nd July 2014 on my mobile number 9901892xxx, that on that particular day there was a offer from IRDA that if i will open an insurance policy then i can take a loan of 80% of my matured amount in after 3 months of opening of my insurance. i confirmed the same from that customer care service lady for 10 times. then she send an agent from HDFC life in Bangalore, MG road branch on that day . i opened an insurance and for loan offer he gave me the number of his manager(MR.Kulkarni – 09041778xxx ) to ask. i confirmed the same from him a lot of time that,” how it is possible that only after 3 months of paying the money the bank is giving loan and the loan offer is not mentioned in net page or in bond paper”. He answered me that “it is a special offer from IRDA that, to some randomly selected number the offer will be valid. After 3 months you can go to any of our bank and you can get the facility” After 3 months when i checked with bank people they said that, this offer is not there in your policy and that person (Mr Kulkarni) was no long working with us now. when i went to bank(HDFC life, MG Road, Bangalore) i found that not only me, a lot of people had done this policy and they all given a written complaint against the bank. I did the same also and after some days i got one complaint reference number – 01000000288057 . Now the question is how it is possible that one person from their bank is giving the wrong information to customer without knowledge of bank? If it is not there, then why they are not giving the money back? and the complaint receiver company (ABIBPL), they are assuring to continue the policy instead of taking serious action of those employees. It is a clear and transparent case of bank to make people fool and its a clear fraud case. So i request your team to take it as serious issue and provide me the justice as well as my money back

i want that man mr kulkarni & explanation from bank that how one man from their dept can do this to customer without knowing to bank. Result is money back.
