Panasonic P 51 Mobile – Delay repair out of warranty issue

Sir, I have Bought Panasonic P 51 Mob From Ezone, J.L.Neheru Road On 30.06.2014. Due To some Issue I went to service center techno Care On 18.10.2014. But That day they told that it needs to be sent to HO for servicing. Till Now they have not sent the set to HO and saying they can not send the same as the product is showing to be out of warranty in their system. Panasonic Customer help line is also not active in this issue. Their Executive Mr. gautam Kumar & Anajli is saying it will be resolved very shortly,but still now three is No Update

I want a prompt service. If they can Rectify the set they should do it immediately or they should give new set.
