.i bought lava iris 405 from spice hotspot , achrya niketan,mayur vihar phase 1,delhi on April 2014..retailers contact no is 09717794235 now i shifted to Chennai for job purpose as a heart surgeon in apollo hospital .on 1st July 2014 my mobile display stopped working suddenly..i went to lava care in Chennai and they issued me DOA certificate on 7th July have sent my mobile to Delhi via blue dart spending 3000 rupees on 8th July for replacement .but the retailer in Delhi refused the replacement on 10th July. DOA certificate no is 510001342365 .i have logged complaint to lava care on 10th July. since then for last 2 months i have been calling them and they assure me about the replacement of mobile set.but no response from their side till now . being a heart surgeon this type of irresponsibility and lethargic activity of lava care caused me professional loss as well as mental agony.i request action against them and replacement of my mobile set and reimbursement of financial loss inured by me.
