Sony Xperia Z1 Mobile – Service center not responding properly

Dear Sir I have purchase a Sony Xperia Z1 Mobile @ 35000.00 on 05.09.2014 at Reliance Digital and take insurance for accidental damage from Apps Daily Solution Solution Pvt Ltd for paying 2500 extra.My mobile phone Display crack on 14.10.2014 . I have lodge a complain for insurance on 14.10.2014 and discuss about careless repair service they told submit any authorized sony center i have choose DG Mobile Service Panvel . i have submitted my mobile DG Mobile Service Panvel Maharastra on 19.10.2014 .They told me on 22.10.2014 you call me we will inform you estimate .Today after calling many times a lady receive phone and inform me that still today we have not send your phone to head office. i call sony customer care thy told first ask ticket ID.when i ask ticket id still they not creatt ID.After calling next day they reply via Ticket ID W114102201271.Then i call sony customer care about my phone status they told parts is not available.After few day ie 27.10.2014 when i called DG mobile service they replay we yet not receive Quotation from head office.I again called sony customer care on 29.10.2014 they replay quotation is already send on 24.10.2014 to DG Mobile service,then i asked to conference call to DG mobile service along with Sony Customer Service.After Several discussion DG Mobile Assure me to send Quotation to insurance company wihin 2 hour on 29.10.2014.When i Call customer service of Apps Daily Solution Solution Pvt Ltd on 30.10.2014 they replay still today e have not receive any Quotation from DG Mobile service for classless approval.When i call again DG Mobile Service they again replay we have already send Quatation.After several follow up with DG Mobile Service finally i got approval from Insurance company on 03.11.2014.Then i request DG Mobile service to repair my mobile service.again they replay we have not got any approval from insurance company.Then i call Sony Customer care they told your quotation is not approved as per DG Mobile Service.Then i request sony customer care to discuss this issue to DG Mobile Service, Neither they repair my mobile nor repair my mobile.i have write many mail to Sony customer care they not listen any thing.Please help me
