I had applied the wifi broadband connection from Connect Broadband with 1 mbps speed plan. Sales representative ms. Simran told me that i will get 1 mbps speed upto 30 gb, after that i will get 512 kbps speed. But, on the very first day when the company engineer mr. Rajkumar installed the wifi at my address on 27.02.2015 at 10:30 pm and he checked the speed, the max.speed was 15 kbps. He called to someone and discussed the matter but couldn’t resolve the issue. Later on he asked me to call at 18001371554, i called and told the factual position and requested to resolve the issue. The person from other side assured me to resolve the issue next morning by 11:00 am. I also lodged the complaint with connect complaint nodal officer thru email but all in vain, after so many calls from my end today on 1.3.2015 connect representative came and said speed can not increase specially after 6:00 pm as all customers are suffering with such problem and can not be resolved. He again asked me to call at 18001371554 where i came to know that they have put request on their own to disconnect the connection. After that i called at customer care number 01725050505, where i was diverted to call to another num 01725055355 and i called so many times and wasted my money because call doesn’t allow to speak to someone else other than computer recording.

Broadband still not working that means i had paid rs. 1100 got wasted. 2.i have called to connect representatives so many times and customer care service numeers and had been charged more than rs. 200 as call charges by my operator. 3. I have been mentally harassed due to paying money in advance and broadband not working. Moreover, no staff was cooperated to get the issue resolved.
1.i want to get my money back (rs. 1100/-) along with the amount which i used to call to connect representatives and customer care numbers. 2. I shall be paid rs. 5000/- for mental harassment to me and as a lesson to connect company for not repeat of such misselling.
