I have paid for website designing (id 19042334) to Shop2grab.com and realized that I have been a victim of fraud as they are a sham company. Hence I applied for a refund. As per their refund policy, they return fifty percent of the amount within fifteen working days of requesting for a refund. We have requested for a refund on January 3 and they have sent us an acknowledgement for the initiation of the refund too. I kept following up with them every one week since then for the refund and they kept assuring that the refund would be processed within fifteen working days. I have a proof of their replies too. It is March now and I am yet to get the refund. They even stopped replying to emails. They just hangup on my calls and even abused my sister on the phone when she called. A google search has revealed that they do this to many people. Please help me get my money back. Thank you. I have proofs of the invoice, their refund policy and their repeated emails assuring me of a refund within 15 working days of Jan 3rd.

Not only have they abused my sister for seeking compliance but they need to pay us back fifty percent of the order value as per their own refund policy listed on their website which even they have assured of initially.
