My LPG Gas consumer number 34190; indane,distributor Shyamsunder enterprise midnapur, i have receive gas cylinder on 17/02/2017 vide. receipt number 3000182380 but till date i have not received subsidy in bank account though i have linked aadhar in bank as well as bank account.

I, Ravi Babu, am a consumer of HP Gas connection bearing consumer No. 609854 and have been getting refills from M/s Praveshika HP Gas Agency, Paccamudayanpet, Pondicherry. This month the booked refill was delivered on 8th July, 2016 and the subsidy amount was transferred into my account so far. Kindly look into the matter and transfer the subsidy amount at the earliest, for which act of kindness I shall be thankful to you Sir/Madam. Regards Ravi Babu
