Home shop18 – two times payment product not delieverd

I Placed an order (Order Number 943554139) on 22 April,2014 for the product.Website was showing product was available in stock,I called to customer care ,they said product is available. I placed order and done complete Payment.on Thursday, April 24, 2014 I got an call from homeshop18 that they don’t have product in their stock that’s why they cancelled product and suggest me that place an order when website show that product is available. On 24 April evening I saw website and saw that product is available. I called to homeshop18 and asked that product is available or not then executive (Vineet) said to me that product is available now I can place order .I ordered product with Order Number(943712483)payment was also successfully done. After It I got an call from homeshop18 that product is available and they will delivered upto 1 May,2014. But on 29 April ,2014 they again said that product is not available. I asked that why this happened again then they said its website problem. I have done payment two times after homeshop18 executive confirmation.Bank charges are not wear by homeshop18.Please help me and register this complaint against homeshop18.

I waste my time and money. Product was very urgent form me. After many time confirmation form their executive i placed order for the product. At the time of order placement executive said to me that product is available so I could place order. So I frustrated with home shop18 business process. I want my money bank with all Bank Interest and 10000 Indian rupee for their services. Total Amount= my Original amount paid by me to homeshop18 + 10000/- Extra
