i have a regular subscription of india today english(no.-ite 1819274)form 2013 to 2016. my complaint is that i am not receiving my issues regularly and i have also launched complaints through mail(case id 3463051).every time i get the same reply that i will get my issues within 7 working days but these 7 working days never came and on 29th april i talked to customer care they are telling me that they will not be able to do any help. what i will do now?i had all the mails of my complaints and the return mails from indiatoday. please help me on this matter.

i want my issues regularly and some monitoring system from india today that every consumer should get their issues regularly
