I purchased a honda city car and was asked to pay Rs 5500 as other charges apart from exshowroom price,insurance and road tax. When i asked to clarify this other charges they told me that this is the cost of bringing the vehicle and storing it,etc. When I asked that why should I pay this, the salesman did not explain it properly and forced me to pay it. He told me that everyone pays this and if I don’t pay then i wont get there vehicle. I looled up in internet and found that PIL has been filled by various customers against such charges and SC has declared this charge as illegal and had asked the transport department to stop the dealers from charging this.

I want a refund of Rs 5500 with compensation for illegal charging. I also want to help other customers who do future purchase.
