I recharged with Rs 949 from Mobikwik wallet on my mobile number 93138365xxx Reliance cdma at 8am on June 16, 2015. I got instant msg from Reliance that recharge could not be processed at the time. Money got deducted. I complained with mobikwik vide its ticket number #2843040. Till today there is no resolution.yesterday i filed complaints with a number of forums. I started getting fraudulent phone calls. I got call from these two numbers saying they are from mobikwik. Both of them asked for my card details i.e. cvv number, expiry, name and card number. When i protested they said they cant help as they cant match bank details so as to revert back the money. Both of them appeared suspect to me. Please help me with the issue and get me my money back and pls act strictly on these fraudulent numbers.

Instantly revert back my money i.e. Rs 949 Mobikwik has very poor grievance redressal service having no phone numbers or email id. Ticket system records only two complaints and no more reminders. They dont act quick. So they must put up on their site this advisary. Action must b taken on the above two numbers. Police inquiry should be done and strict action should be taken if found guilty of extracting information that banks warns not to share. These numbers should also be passed to banks for necessary action.
