Idea – false intrnet charges higher management and insulted me

I am a consumer for Idea Postpaid cellular service since May’2013 and my average bill was something around Rs.600, even if I use the GPRS internet it had never increased to Rs.700. I had a credit limit of Rs.750 and since 2nd November’2013, it had increased to Rs.900 without any consent and since then I got a message to pay the outstanding amount as it has been exceeded the credit limit and my outgoing if barred since then. I was not able to make any outgoing call/sms. I tried to call people sitting at Idea Cellular Customer Service Desk; and was informed that I have been using the internet service and my outstanding balance is now reached closed to Rs.2000 (i.e.beyond my credit limit)and again at the end of the month I again got sms that the outstanding amount has been reached something Rs.3500 for unknown reason. When I called them again they told me again I am using internet services. Being an technical professional I know how I can use my internet service and how can I be charged. They had now tried to collect money from me which I had not used. I got many calls randomly and asked to pay the amount; however I denied as I have not used the service. When I asked them to provide me the detail of uses, where I had visited websites, they are unable to do so and advised that that was not possible. Being a leading cellular service provider they are unable to provide me the detail which I have used but can advise that I have to pay it any way. This is something very embarrassing. Yesterday I got a call from the collection agencies that they can waive off my 50% of total charges which was coming around Rs.2800 and I have to pay the rest amount. I was frustrated that time and asked if they can accept the sum of Rs.1000 though I had not used the service still I could be ready to pay the Rs.1000 just to close the matter and not being a defaulter from their service, the person name called Mr. Hardhik Pathak, Collection Deptt, Idea Cellular Postpaid, Gandhinagar Zone humiliated me that I had wasted his time and as other important customer is there except me. While calling to customer care service and while on waiting they have and IVR system that we all are important to them but the person was very rude that time when I asked him to tell his name so that I can escalate this issue to the higher management and insulted me a lot. He even did not provide me nodal officer’s number but the email id. Also he threatened me that a criminal proceeding will be started against me for what I have not used their service and charged unnecessarily. Please help me out in this situation as I don’t want to pay for what I have not used.

I am ready to pay the charges till 2nd of November whatever I have used (i.e. Call/SMS/Internet) I am ready to pay the same. Beyond that I will not pay at all. At the same time the collection agent has humiliated me as described above, I want him to be provided a very strong feedback by his higher management so that the person should not talk to any lady like that in future.
