I have placed order #3003116962 for Jovees Henna & Ginseng Anti Hair Loss Shampoo, 500ML on 18th March, 2014. I got wrong product delivered on 25th March, 2014. 1. Honey and Apple conditioning shampoo instead of Anti hair loss shampoo. 2. Wrong quantity: I have ordered for 500 ML, but received 250ML. Immediately, on 25th March, 2014, I have raised the complaint #1321701 on 25th March and sent requested images to customer care representative in next 24 hrs. They denied to refund my money and collect their product. Now they offered me to return back half of the amount i.e., Rs.262 and keep the wrong product. It is a big loss for me as they are not refunding half the bill amount and indirectly forcing me to pay Rs.262 for wrong product which has MRP of Rs. 175 on it. They are prolonging the case and I am not seeing any progress on it.

Collect the wrong product and refund entire amount immediately with penalty of Rs.1000.
