SnapDeal- more than a year Refund For Cancelled Order

As a customer of Snapdeal who has been subjected to financial fraud by not being paid the refund which was duly acknowledged by snapdeal as justified, after constant complaints and false re-assurances by snapdeal which were never fulfilled, I feel compelled to take legal action against Snapdeal. The complaint is for order number 920326531 placed on Snapdeal on Mar 25, 2013 for which delivery date was established as Mar 28, 2013 at Pune address, for which an amount of Rs. 8490 was paid by me. 1. Snapdeal later informed that product can’t be shipped before Apr 3. (mail dated: Mar 29, 2013) 2. As I am a student studying in Pune and had to leave Pune on Apr 1 for my home town Delhi, I called Snapdeal to request them for an on-time delivery or atleast before Apr 1. As per the customer executive, the product couldn’t be shipped before Apr 3, as the product was out of stock. This is my first complaint. Why did Snapdeal gave the delivery date as March 28 when the product was out of stock? This is a clear case of Snapdeal cheating customers by giving false information. 3. The customer executive also informed that since they can not send the product in time, they will initiate an order cancellation and promised a 100% refund within 15 days. I mailed about the same to Snapdeal on Apr 1, 2013. In response, on Apr 3, Snapdeal acknowledged on mail as well that order has been cancelled and 100% refund will be initiated. (ticket #1858179 issued bysnapdeal) 4. As no refund was done, I complained on July 25, 2013, for which ticket number 2627106 was issued by snapdeal. 5. I complained again on Sep 10, 2013 and asked for refund. Ticket number given by snapdeal: 3168058. (mail dated: Sep 10, 2013 & phone complaint on the same day) 6. As per mail dated Sep 10, 2013, Snapdeal promised a refund within 7-10 days 7. There was no refund by Sep 23, 2013. So, I complained on phone to snapdeal (carrying forward, ticket number 3168058). In response, as per your mail dated Sep 10, 2013, Snapdeal asked for my bank account & NEFT details to refund my amount within 5-7 days. Why did Snapdealnot ask for these details in advance, and asked so late? In reply, I mailed my bank account & NEFT details as asked for, on Sep 10, 2013. 8. There has been no refund yet. I complained again to Snapdeal on phone on Oct 21, 2013. The customer executive assured that Snapdeal will call back within 3 hours. This did not happen. 9. On Oct 24, 2013, Snapdeal issued a mail which said that my order has been cancelled & I am entitled to a refund of Rs. 8490 within 1-3 weeks. I do not see the point of issuing this mail again after almost 8 months! The period of 8 months that has lapsed in between can not be let go as there is lost interest money and substantial trouble undertaken to resolve this issue. 10. It has been more than a year. I have tried everything with SNAPDEAL to return my money but it seems it has been going in deaf years. I want Entire Amount along with Interest of 50000. And Costs incurred by me a on phone calls and communication through mails. Also I want that companies like SNAPDEAL should be tought a lesson for duping students and people of their hard earned money. I want cancellation of their Company and all goods to be sealed with heavy penalties. So that none other company can do same with the consumers and believe in the power of Judiciary.
