Intel Lava Xolo x900 Mobile Problems – No Customer Service

I bought Lava Xolo x900 mobile phone on 22.12.2012 @ 17,500/- i.e IMEI NO: 911202500244934, from Flipkart, Invoice No: BLR20121200201909. I got problems in phone Net work connection related issues regularly and most of the time the net work connectivity get lost. Overheating and finally on 05.06.2013 switched off. I logged complaint online on 07.06.2013 i.e CASE ID: 310000067252 on 07.06.2013 and my phone was picked on 07.06.2013 @ M/s Creative Communications & Mobile Store, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. Receipt No. 1254 contact No. 08686152045(Mr.Ahmed), there to Hyderabad authorized Xolo Service Center on 08.06.2013, i.e. Sri Swaroop Agency, Plot No. 48, Rama Rao Colony, Kukatpally. Phone No. 09848005088 & 08125181317 (Mr. Shiva ) and they logged complaint online on 19.06.2013 CASE ID NO: 310000071657,and their to my phone was shipped to Bangalore Service Center for mother board replacement purpose Docet No. HYD 36776954 dt 19.06.2013 i.e. Lava International Limited, Vakil Square, Ground Floor (Rear side) 56/3, Near Airtel Corporate Office, Bannerghatta main road, Bangalore, Karnataka, India -560029

In the complaint it was told that within 5 working days my phone will be delivered to me in good working condition. Till today i did not received my phone. Before this i called to Xolo Customer Care @180030100104 and 1833051200 and 9650333952 and I had called nearly 100 times, each person will say different answer, If we say, that a person told one answer the another one will not accept, each one will say different story, they did not answered properly even for one time. Also I had asked them to forward my call to the Supervisor / Senior, not even one time they had done they will tell that Sr. Busy in another call, Not available they will arrange a call back, but not even one time I got a call back every time they telling “ Its is under repair, please wait for 48 hours. Your mail forwarding, our backend team will make a call to you”. They kept on giving some stupid excuse, when I enquired about the issue and to arrange Refund. The Senior do not come on a cell, neither they revert on my mail. I had requested them to either fix the issue (within specified time period, as you have already taken nearly 2 months time) or refund me the money.

Customer Care people promise for call back or email update on mobile status, which never happened. On 24th July, 2013 your customer care executive informed me “ your phone not repairable, company is providing money back arrangement” and asked me Xolo x 900 purchase date and the amount of purchased and informed me that company is arranging the amount and refunded me “our backend team will make a call” to me on my mobile No i.e. 9949325289 within 24 hours. On 29th July, 2013 Xolo Customer Care backend team person Mr. Harvinder Singh called me at 4.06 PM from this number 1833051200, He informed me company is giving replacement with this mobile model numbers Q700 or Q800 are you not agree with this models than company decided to give Rs. 10,000 money back to me, I have not accepted the same refund me the total amount i.e., Rs. 17,500/- immediately, then he tell me that I am forwarding the issue to technical team they will decide and tell me to wait for 48 hours. But till date no response from Xolo customer care backend team / Technical team side.
