IRCTC Online Ticket Refund Not Received

I purchased e-ticket from IRCTC bearing PNR Number 2626928658 for Journey from Amritsar to Howrah on 30/12/2014 on 13006 Amritsar Howrah Mail. The train was schedule to depart from Amritsar at 6:45 pm. The Amritsar Bound 13005 Express which was scheduled to arrive Amritsar on 08:55 a.m. . The same rake is used as 13006 express to depart from Amritsar in the evening. But on that date 13005 express did nit arrive Amritsar as it was running abnormally late and it reached Amritsar on 31/12/2014 around 2:00 am (approx). As a result the Howrah Bound 13006 express which was scheduled to depart Amritsar at 6:45 pm got rescheduled twice and it finally departed at 13:45 pm on 31/12/2014 i.e. late by 19hours.

Around 11 pm on 30/12/2014 I went online to cancel the aforesaid e-ticket and TDR was filed bearing reference number ekt2014123011953979 dated 30/12/2014. On 05/01/2015 I was refunded only 50% of the ticket amount with an excuse that the Chart has been prepared before filing of the TDR i.e. prior to 11 pm on 30/12/2014. On 10/01/2015 I raised a complaint before the railway authorities bearing Complain no: MORLY/E/2015/00244. The aforesaid complaint was settled on 13/02/2015 by the Eastern Railway authorities by issuing a Pay order for an amount of Rs. 1850/- vide pay order no. A 019217 dated 04/02/15 in favour of GM/IRCTC/EZ for necessary credit to my account. But inspite of repeated e-mails to irctc customer care; no amount is refunded by irctc to my account till date. I want early refund of the amount.
