Sir, I,Sri Rajib Bandyopadhyay have IRDA Lic. bearing no.3988841 and URN No.LICI0402086286 and Agent ID WBU040208LILIC027004. I was working with LICI since 2009 to2013. Now I have submitted my resignation and applied for NOC.LIC has received my letter with a receipt copy.But they told that they have nothing to do regarding detachment of PAN from your portal.I therefore earnestly request you please remove my URN No. from your portal and detach my PAN from your portal.It is my second request mail to you and please do the needful as early as possible.
