Very Poor Customer Service from Lenovo Mobiles

This is to inform you that I have faced Charging Problem in the above model just after use of Nine to Ten Months. Today I approached to Lenovo authorised service centre at Orchid Plaza, Borivali West. After investigation by your service team, it was concluded that there is a problem in the Charger Cable and not in the Handset.

Surprised to know that your so called authorised service centre does not have any cable in spare for replacement. I have been told to contact after a week and check for the same.

This means for such a small part i have to keep my mobile shut for so many days. Is this the kind of service lenovo provides in warranty period to their customer ??? Or your service centre carry spares only to earn profits ????

Very sorry to say that first of all your staff do not know how to talk to customer, very rude and that to needs lot of time to resolve the problem. This is not acceptable from lenovo brand.

If you have any concern about your brand and reputation, please do the needful immediately.

Very bad experience from lenovo. Totally unprofessional.
