Printland Refund to Corporate Customer Not Processed

Below is last complaint written to ‘Printland’. Refund amount is awaited since almost 5 months.

With reference to order nr. PL #100011078, Dt. 09/01/2016, year planner (2016) were dispatched from your end and were returned from receiver as the product and printing did not matched the promised standards. Full amount of Rs 17,800.00 was paid electronically on 09/01/2016. Confirmation mail is attached for your ready reference.

Following were the reasons for return of the product:

1. My approval on artwork / sample was not taken prior to production

2. Quality of printing was far below industry standards. Ink was blurred in prints.

3. Quality of Planner leather case was not as shown in pictures on your website.

We tried to contact you while inspecting the products, but concerned person disconnected the phone call intentionally. Furthermore we were not contacted for resolving the highlighted issues.

Since ordered products were new year gifts and are of no used after the celebrated occasion of new year, we requested you to cancel the order and refund our money back. We have contacted you many times over phone and you agreed and promised to refund the full money ASAP. However even after numerous mails and reminders, refund amount is awaited since more than three months.

We are frustrated and harassed by the irresponsible consumer complaint redressal policy of ‘Printland’.

We expect the refund of full amount i.e. 17800.00 by 15/05/2016 in response of this letter. After the due date, the matter will fall in legal hands. Moreover I will definitely consider spending a lot of time on posting reviews about quality of services offered by ‘Printland’ on various consumer complaint forums and social sites.
