Karbonn Mobile Handset repair Delayed Forever

I submitted my Karbonn mobile with display problem on 14-3-15. They told me that the display is broken at your side so we won’t cover it under warranty and you need to leave your handset here. You need to come to collect your handset after 14 days or if earlier possible then we will call you.So I agreed it with that and handover my handset to them. I called them on 31-3-15. But they told me that still they haven’t received the mobile parts. So please give 1 more week and we will be able to deliver the product. When I asked why this delay they informed that you can take your handset fro here and submit it to another service center if you wish. I gave them 1 more week. Again i called them on 4-4-15, they replied me the same reason that we haven’t received the part from the company so we are unable to delver your product. When i ask them more to whom should i talk now related to this. Then suggest me that call to customer care of Karbonn mobile. I talked to customer care with IMEI no 911381801710163 on the toll free no 1860 200 4660. They also asked me to give them 10 more days to deliver the product part to the shopkeeper.

Now I am fed up with all these problems they are creating. I am sharing some more details about the service.
