Tikona had started my Broadband services on 7th March 2015 and till date after repeatedly complaining to them till March 15th I had received no broad band services. I had asked them to disconnect my services immediately on 15th March and till date they have neither given service or removed the connection from my premises.
30 days loss of work as service were not available. I demand full refund of my advance and deposit made to Tikona of INR 2250 plus I want a 100% penalty of the amount I have paid to them as I have lost work time.
