Karbonn SmartPhone Mobile Wi-Fi Problems

I had WiFi problem and the phone being in warranty period,I gave it to a authorized service center (Prime Tech Services Contact Person: Shyam Sunder Jhawar) on April 11. They told that it would take about a month to rectify the problem and also that the phone had to be sent to the company for repair.Now after more than a month. they refuse to return the phone,saying it has not yet been sent back by the company. I assume that they have sold the phone away or its parts.

I want my phone back duly repaired or a brand new piece. Also strict action has to be taken against the service center. I want them to respond to me positively to my queries.
