I have hired server space from the service provider http://konnectservers.com/ on July 7, 2013. Made an online transfer Rs.599/- towards the server hiring charges for a period of one year from this date. Within a month, from this sale execution, that was on July 30th 2013, I was encountering problems accessing the servers. At that time when I tried contacting the sales / support personnel, they were not responding to the calls. Neither their website was working for me to contact them online. Today, August 14, 2013, when the web development team that I have hired for uploading the contents tried uploading the contents, all of a sudden got a message saying the account is suspended, without any intimation or notice on what grounds it was done. When I contacted them they say that there is an excessive usage of CPU limit and because of which the account has been suspended. This is quite surprising as at the time of execution of sales, the company did not mention anything about the maximum acceptable limit of CPU usage and no other conditions were laid down. On August 1, 2013 they sent an email mentioning about their support policy, in which also there was no mention about the CPU usage limit.
